Been here 3 or 4 times now and the staff is always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, offered honest expert advice, and shared helpful tips without making me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs or services. It’s refreshing to find a shop that genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future service!

I went to Better Way Auto Shop to have my brakes checked because I thought they might need replacing. The experience was great from start to finish. They were very informative, fast, and friendly. What I appreciated most was their honesty. They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. They checked everything and let me know I still had 6” of brake pad left and that my brakes were in good shape. It’s refreshing to find a shop that values honesty and customer trust. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

I’m a dealer and I’ve taken several of my vehicles to David and the crew up at BW. They are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and honest. Very fortunate I have another ally in my business and I encourage people to check them out, as I sure am glad I did and I’ll keep taking my vehicles in there future.
